Registration Online Guide & Solutions

 

Follow the instructions and solutions below pertaining to your situation.

 

In “MEMBER REGISTRATION” select one of the following two options pertaining to the participant’s situation.

 

1. *NEW MEMBER

 

A) Select this option if the participant has NEVER registered in a soccer club in Quebec for either the recreational CDC 2 or competitive programs CDC 1.

B) Select this option if the participant has previously registered for the Saint-Laurent Soccer Camps or the EDS soccer school and NEVER registered in the recreational CDC 2 or the competitive CDC 1 programs.

 

After completing the online form go to step 3 and click on PAY & PROCEED in order to confirm paying the full amount. By avoiding this step a partial payment will be charged and as a result, the participant will not be confirmed. In this case, you will require to pay the balance in person during office hours in order to confirm registration.

 

After registering is complete, NEW MEMBERS are required to forward a clear digital photo of their Medical Card or a legitimate document proving their complete name and birth year at teams@soccerstl.ca Registrations are not confirmed until we receive the information requested.

 

  2.  RENEW (NAME)

 

A) Select this option if you were registered last season with the Saint-Laurent Soccer Club in either the recreational CDC 2 or competitive CDC 1 program and wish to RENEW your registration.

B) Select NEW MEMBER if the participant has previously registered for the Saint-Laurent Soccer Camps or the EDS soccer school and NEVER registered in the recreational CDC 2 or the competitive CDC 1 programs.

 

The participant’s family, first name, address, date of birth requires to be exactly the same as entered in their profile including middle names, hyphens, accents, etc. Misspelled words or reversed family and first name may not allow you to locate the participant. We advise you to try different options.

 

After completing the online form go to step 3 and click on PAY & PROCEED in order to confirm paying the full amount. In this case, you will require to pay the balance in person during office hours in order to confirm registration.

 

If the participant was registered in the past season with a different soccer club

 

In this case, the participant requires to contact their previous club and request to be LIBERATED in their system. Once LIBERATED the participant is required to register in person during office hours as a *New Member. A Medicare card or proof of a legitimate document proving your birth year is required during registration. Terms of payment during registration: Visa, Master Card, and Debit. No cash or cheques are accepted.

 

If having technical issues

 

Try the following solutions. 1. Register using a laptop, desktop computer, tablet and avoid smartphones. 2. Clear cookies in your search engine. 3. Use a different search engine. 4. Restart the device and retry to register.

 

If unable to register online after applying the solutions mentioned above you will require to register in person during office hours.
